Increase Premium Cuts
Our CMOS cameras and sawmill lasers have a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels. This high resolution provides ultra-precise measurement of warp defects, +/-0.125’’. The high level of precision allows end trimming and cut in two products, increasing your premium lumber output.
Minimal Mill Modification
The warp system only requires 28 inches of space over the length of the conveyor classifier. You increase your profits without making significant modifications to your mill configuration.
